stayback in ma office-Do's and Dont's

Here i am (sigh..zzz) sitting in ma cabin of ma office....doing nothing but writing this blog....what makes me to write...hmmm...may be i read somebody's blog....nd then tried maself too... I'm too lazy to write more aaaooooohhhhh ma head is having some pain...eyes are forced to close "result of sitting continues for more than 5 or 6 hours at work" doing all this hitting keyboard keys....moving mouse, sing mails, meeting deadlines of projects, answering calls from clients..oooofffffff hectic is'nt it....even can't see wot ma i writing....ooooops.....are u reading all this crap.......then thanks for wasting ur time at this. I'm too doing the same while writing this all. May be some day i'll write some good blogs and will use different fonts and colors to decorate it...sighhhhhhhh......nyway don't do this i mean waste your time like this in office....otherwise u have to do staybacks as i'm doin.
